Me and my friends go back to that place every now and then. Before when it was still rough road, we would bear the 12 hour ride from Manila via Baguio or a 14 hour ride via Banaue. Good thing the road is much ok now and that recently i found out that there is now a direct ride to Sagada from Makati through www.cheaprides.multiply.com. If this is currently operational, then this will help us lessen the back aches brought about by having to transfer from one bus to another. I love Sagada so much! He served in the Philippines during WWII and when he came home to marry and settle down, my folks sponsored several children thru the Holy Child Orphanage there in Sagada. The first one I remember a lot about and have always wondered if he is doing well. I was wondering, if you ever get back to that area if there is any way you could look up an Alfred Santiago (born in 56). I have tried to look up things on the internet with no luck.
